*Shipping Costs We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over £25*. For orders under £25, the standard shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

*Order Processing Time All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days*, excluding weekends and public holidays. Due to high demand or security procedures, dispatch may occasionally be delayed.

• *Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 11:00 AM (GMT/BST)* on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic shipping notification with tracking information.

• *Total Delivery Time: 2-4 business days* (after processing).
• *Carriers: We strictly use Evri and Royal Mail* for reliable delivery.
• *Taxes & Duties: We cover all customs duties and taxes. The price you see is the price you pay—no additional fees* upon delivery.

*Delivery Restrictions*

• *Location: We currently only ship to physical addresses within the United Kingdom*.
• *PO Boxes/BFPO:* We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses.

*Refunds on Shipping* We do not refund expedited shipping costs for packages that arrive late due to carrier delays, nor do we refund shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective.
